AGBU Europe is pleased to launch the open call to participants for the 2020 edition of the Goriz Leadership Development Programme. Drawing on the success and lessons learned from Goriz 2019, AGBU Europe has upgraded the programme to a world-class Leadership Programme. Tailored for talented young Armenians, it offers innovative leadership development training curricula, integrating best practices of world-class leadership trainings, facilitated by top leadership professionals of Armenian origin. Leadership skills are key to our development as individuals, to advancing our careers, and to elevating the community and the Global Armenian Nation. The programme aims to allow participants to confront and transcend the challenges of their personal, professional, community and public lives.
The entire programme will run over a 6-month cycle, including 3 modules. The participants’ presence to these modules is required. They will take place in Brussels (4-5 April 2020), Barcelona (4-5 July 2020) and Yerevan (2-4 October 2020).
From the start of the cycle, participants will need to be involved in, or develop a project or initiative in their community to which they will apply the skills learned through the programme.
The full cost of the programme per participant is €3.350. It includes tuition, coaching, programme materials, access to an online alumni network, off-site excursions, breakfasts, lunches, dinners and accommodation for the three modules. AGBU is granting 30 Goriz scholarships valued at €2.600. For selected participants, tuition fee is then reduced to €750.
