AGBU Europe is hosting a meeting with Ruben Melikyan, the Ombudsman for Nagorno-Karabakh, on the situation of human rights in Karabakh.

The meeting is intended to Members of the European Parliament in Strasbourg and it is organized in the framework of a broader campaign led by AGBU Europe to end the boycott of Karabakh by the European institutions.
